Payments Payment for the Service must be made through the VoomRide app. Users agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the app. VoomRide reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice to users.
Cancellations and Refunds Users may cancel bookings as per the cancellation policy outlined in the app. Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy stated in the app.
Safety and Compliance VoomRide employs live video streaming and real-time GPS tracking to enhance safety. Users and drivers must comply with all safety guidelines provided by VoomRide. VoomRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating safety policies.
Privacy VoomRide collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described.
Intellectual Property (VoomRide LLC) owns all rights to the app, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without VoomRides written consent.
Limitation of Liability VoomRide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. VoomRides total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding three months.
